I have worked with both Ken and Melissa. Both have very solid IT skills. But on top of their skills and experience, speed of response is also something that is very important to our church. Their response time to my email request or need is sometimes the same day or at least the next day. That is definitely not the industry standard. They are above the industry standard in every way. For example, they are quick to respond, their pricing is great, they have great attitudes on the phone or via email, they have never said that they cannot resolve our issue, they look forward into the future and try to offer suggestions of services that they might can provide to us that would make things work better for us.
